This Toolkit is a comprehensive guide that addresses the specific needs and challenges of family businesses in the European Union. The toolkit aims to fill theoretical gaps, provide practical insights and offer best practices to owners, members, employees and managers of family businesses. This report describes the development process, strategy and key components of the toolkit, including a national survey, best practices, and a detailed radiography of family businesses in each partner country.
